Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.
What happens if I exceed my storage?
We'll notify you well before you hit the limit. Your existing albums stay accessible, but you'll need to upgrade or free up space before uploading more photos.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Every photographer starts on the Free plan with 100 GB included. You can upgrade whenever you're ready, no trial period required.
Is the Cosnap app free for users?
Yes. The current Cosnap iOS app and core photo-finding features are free for event participants. Optional paid features for users may be introduced later, but the experience you sign up for today stays the same.
When will brand partnerships launch?
