Common questions
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.
What happens if I exceed my storage?
We'll notify you well before you hit the limit. Your existing albums stay accessible, but you'll need to upgrade or free up space before uploading more photos.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Every photographer starts on the free Starter plan, no trial period and no card required. You can upgrade to Pro or Studio whenever you're ready.
How does the annual discount work?
Photographer and organiser annual plans are billed once a year and work out to two months free versus paying monthly. Cosnap+ for users is 30% off on annual billing.
What commission does Cosnap take on photographer sales?
On Pro and Studio you keep 100% of sales to your own clients. Cosnap only takes a share when we brought you the job, through a sponsored event or a paid assignment.
Is the Cosnap app free for users?
Yes. Your photos from any sponsored event are free, forever. Cosnap+ is an optional subscription for what you do with your photos afterwards, unlimited library, highlight reels and discounts on community-event purchases.
How does pricing work for brands and organisers?
Per event, or per season for operators running a series. Sponsored events start at $299 and scale with participant numbers; season packages start at $249/month. See the Brands tab for the full breakdown.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
